Hello Folks,
Welcome to my Home Page. I am Vetri Venthan Elango. I am from Chennai, which is in South India. I am currently doing my PhD in Transportation Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology . In 2003, I completed my MS in Transportation Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree B.Tech in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in May 2000. I did my schooling in St. Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai.

I lived in Chennai till 2000. I came to Amherst, MA for my graduate studies in 2000. I moved to Atlanta, GA in January 2003 and I have been here ever since. My hobbies include playing Tennis, Carnatic Music, Vedic Astrology, Tamil Light Music, PC games and watching Movies.  I am a big fan of basketball and watch the NBA games regularly. I guess that would be a brief introduction about myself.
