I am a Human Centered Computing PhD student at the Georgia Institute of Technology specializing in Cognitive Science, specifically creativity research. I work with Dr. Ellen Do in the Creative Machine Environment (ACME) Lab, and I've also worked with Dr. Mark Riedl in the Intelligent Narrative Computing Lab.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. There, my studies focused on embodiment, perception, and how these cognitive process relate to creativity. I also studied creativity in a more hands on way with a concentration in studio art. My interest in the cognitive aspects of art and creativity began when I started painting and drawing about ten years ago. Now, I am developing technology to support and study creativity in the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Tech.
