I'm Jacob Thompson, an undergraduate studying in The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology & Emory University School of Medicine (http://www.bme.gatech.edu). Along with pursuing a B.S. in BME, I am seeking a minor in Biochemistry and a minor Music.

Visit the Magnet-Assisted Intubation Device (MAID) website, a project in which I am co-inventor.

I also enjoy nature photography in the Northeast Georgia mountains with my Canon 550D (Digital Rebel T2i). My photo gallery can be viewed here. I recently won the Microsoft Bing Earth Day photo contest. My work has been displayed at Turning Creek Artisans and Lee Johnson Gallery, both art galleries on Main Street in Clayton, Georgia. I was the cover artist for the Georgia Mountain Laurel magazine (Rabun's Laurel) for the November 2008 edition. If interested in purchasing photographic prints, feel free to send me an email [I am also able to make transactions through PayPal.]

I can be followed through the links on the left side of this page.
